2. Description of Service
Hueman is an AI-assisted image creation service designed to help skincare and cosmetic brands create Amazon-style product listing images.
The Service supports structured listing visuals, including (but not limited to):
Main product-style images on clean white backgrounds
Additional images such as lifestyle scenes, ingredient highlights, texture visuals, benefit callouts, and “how to use” layouts
Editorial-style skincare imagery optimized for ecommerce presentation
Users provide product information, packaging references, and visual preferences. Based on these inputs, Hueman produces image outputs intended to align with common Amazon image standards and cosmetic-safe language practices.
No guarantee of approval. Hueman does not guarantee Amazon approval, listing acceptance, or performance outcomes. Final compliance with Amazon policies, marketplace rules, and applicable laws remains the user’s responsibility, and requirements may change or vary by region/category.
No professional advice. The Service does not provide legal, regulatory, medical, or certification advice.
3. Orders, Delivery, and Turnaround
After purchase, you may be required to submit an intake form and upload reference assets needed to fulfill your order.
Delivery timelines may vary, but we aim to deliver within the timeframe shown on the website or order confirmation. Delivery is typically provided digitally (for example, via email or a download link), depending on how the Service is operating at the time of purchase.
4. User Accounts
If you create an account, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security incident
5. Content Ownership and Rights
Your Content. You retain ownership of content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Hueman a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, reproduce, and use Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service, fulfill your order, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.
Your Responsibilities. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to upload and use Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
Generated Content. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you may use the images generated for your order (“Generated Content”) for your own business purposes, including ecommerce listings and marketing. You acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users based on similar inputs.
6 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Upload illegal, harmful, deceptive, or offensive content
Violate intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
Create deepfakes or misleading representations
Impersonate individuals, influencers, or brands
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or compromise the platform
Upload content depicting minors or non-consenting individuals
Create misleading “before-and-after” transformations or medical outcome claims
Use the Service for mass engagement, follower/like manipulation, or spam
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Generated Content as stock, templates, or as part of a competing service (you may use it for your own brand and listings)
6.1 Human Models, Faces, and Likeness (Skincare Imagery)
Hueman may produce skincare-related visuals that include synthetic human models, partial faces, or skin-focused close-ups for illustrating product usage, texture, or lifestyle context.
You agree that:
Any human representation generated by the Service is synthetic and non-identifiable
The Service does not support face swapping or identity replication
You must not upload reference images, prompts, or instructions intended to replicate or resemble a real person’s identity or likeness
Hueman reserves the right to restrict or remove content that may violate privacy/publicity rights, marketplace policies, or payment processor requirements.
7. Content Moderation
We may review, restrict, or remove content or suspend access if we believe it violates these Terms, is unlawful, or creates risk for the Service or others.
8. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
9. Pricing and Payment
Hueman operates on a pay-per-image-set model. Each image set may include:
One (1) main product-style image
Six (6) additional images
Amazon-style layouts
High-resolution downloads or delivery
Pricing and package options are shown at checkout. Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. We do not store full payment card information.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hueman will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hueman’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Hueman for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hueman from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) Your Content, (b) your use of the Service, or (c) your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hueman operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
