When you use Huemanworks (“Hueman,” “we,” “our”), we collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information such as your email address and authentication details (including Google sign-in, if used)

• Images, product references, and other content you upload through our intake form or the Service

• Generated images and related outputs produced for your order

We may also collect limited technical data such as device type, browser information, IP address, and usage activity to help operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service

• Produce Amazon-ready skincare product images based on your inputs

• Communicate with you regarding orders, delivery, support, and service updates

• Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and address technical or security issues

• Improve reliability and functionality

We do not use your uploaded content or generated images to train AI models.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your uploaded images and generated content are stored securely on Amazon S3 and our Supabase database. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Tally for intake form collection

• Third-party AI image generation providers to produce generated images

• Stripe for payment processing

Payments: Payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

5. Content Rules: Human Faces and Likeness

Hueman may generate synthetic, AI-created human models or skin-focused close-ups for the purpose of illustrating product usage, texture, or lifestyle context.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Human representations generated by the Service are artificial and not intended to identify real individuals

• The Service does not support face swapping, identity replication, or impersonation

• You must not upload reference images, prompts, or instructions intended to recreate or resemble a specific real person, influencer, or public figure

The Service must not be used to:

• Imply endorsements by real individuals or brands

• Create misleading “before-and-after” transformations or medical outcomes

• Circumvent marketplace policies, advertising policies, or cosmetics-related regulations

We may review, restrict, or remove content that may violate privacy/publicity rights, marketplace rules (including Amazon), or payment processor requirements.

We do not share your uploaded content or generated images with third parties for their commercial use, and we do not use them to train AI models.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you

• Correct or update your information

• Request deletion of your account or data

• Request a copy of your data

• Ask us to limit or object to certain processing

To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

7. Data Retention

We retain order records and generated outputs for up to 60 days after delivery to provide customer support, handle re-delivery requests, and maintain operational records. After this period, we may delete uploaded assets and generated images from our systems, unless we are required to retain certain information for legal, tax, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution purposes.

If you request deletion sooner, we will make reasonable efforts to delete your data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Service Scope Limitations

Hueman does not provide or support:

• Automated social media advertising

• Mass engagement or follower/like manipulation

• Marketplace services for third-party digital goods

Generated content is intended for use by the purchasing user.
