Thanks for using Huemanworks. We provide done-for-you Amazon listing image sets based on the information and assets you submit through our intake form.
Because each order requires manual production time and is customized to your product, refunds are limited under the terms below.
1. General Policy
All purchases are non-refundable once production begins.
“Production begins” when we start creating your image set based on your submitted intake form and assets.
If you made a purchase but have not submitted the intake form yet, you may request a cancellation (see Section 4).
2. Eligible Refund Cases
You may be eligible for a refund only if one of the following applies:
Duplicate charge / billing error
You paid, submitted your intake, and we did not deliver your image set (and the issue was not resolved after contacting support)
The service was unavailable due to a verified issue on our end and we were unable to complete your order
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
Dissatisfaction with image style, subjective preferences, or creative direction when the delivered images match the intake form
Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete inputs (wrong product info, typos, missing brand direction, low-quality product photos, etc.)
Change of mind after submitting the intake form
Unused sets or partially used orders
Rejection by third-party platforms (including Amazon) due to seller account status, category enforcement differences, policy updates, or inaccurate product information provided by the user
4. Revisions (What we’ll fix instead of refunding)
If your images have a clear issue that contradicts your submitted intake (wrong product name, wrong ingredient callout, incorrect background choice, etc.), contact us and we’ll revise.
If Amazon flags or rejects an image due to layout/compliance, we will provide one revision to address the issue, as long as the product information you provided was accurate.
5. How to Request a Refund Review

We review requests carefully and typically respond within 3–5 business days.
5. Policy Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
